Fast, Accurate and Free Sexually Transmitted Disease / Infection (STD / STI) Testing and Treatment
Pregnancy Care Clinic is your fast, accurate and free source for STI testing and treatment in El Cajon and San Diego. We can do some of these tests in our laboratory onsite, and others we will send overnight to our partner lab. Pregnancy testing may be included. Results are reviewed by one of our physicians with a diagnosis and treatment plan. The physician may prescribe a treatment we can perform in your follow up visit. Some positive results must be reported to the County for contact tracing, and follow up care.
Testing for STI’s should be done when you experience symptoms, as part of regular pre-natal care, and before an abortion procedure. STI’s can have an impact general health, but are particularly important to rule out when pregnant or breastfeeding. Early detection and treatment can make a big difference.
